This is the full Riot Dance Fitness™ instructor certification, delivered virtually with the same care, mentorship, and community as our in-person trainings.

Training Details

Dates: October 17 – October 24, 2026

Live Calls (MST):

• Kickoff Call – Saturday, October 17 at 9:00 AM

• Midweek Call – Live or replay (date TBD)

• Final Call – Saturday, October 24 at 9:00 AM

Daily Time Commitment:

Approximately 30–40 minutes per day on your own time.

Assignments due nightly by midnight.
